As the match concludes the crowd is loud with boos, hating to see that once again Tank is victorious.
The "Septic Tank" chants start with a roar. Tank looks to the crowd, then down to the defeated Dennis Black. He grins a sickening grin as he moves to stand over the man.
The referee moves to separate the two, but Tank simply shoves the man out of the way, sending him to the mat hard.
He then leans down and picks up Dennis, bringing him back to his feet by his hair, only to deliver a savage clothesline, sending Dennis back to the mat.
Tank moves over the man and starts stomping on him viciously, moving back and forth from head to chest. After a few moments of this, Dennis rolls to the floor outside, coughing and sputter as doctors rush to attend to him.
Tank rolls out of the ring and over to the bell keepers area. He grabs a mic and listens to the boos as he brings the mic to his mouth.
Tank: OH SHUT THE HELL UP ALREADYYY!!!! Heh... so this is the TV champ huh?
Tank:
This is Dennis Black.... Mr. Black Matches Matter? Look at you... Just a stain on the floor now.
Tank:
Let this be a message to all of ya in OCW!
Tank:
Now that I'm the Turmoil Champion this is what any challenger can look forward to!
Tank:
And Jim... I know you can see this... I have a special message. Just for you buddy...
Tank lets the mic drop, then reaches behind the bellkeeper area again. When he stands back up, he has a can of green spray paint along with a steel chair.
The champion moves towards Dennis, the refs and doctors move in trying to block off Dennis, protecting him from more punishment. Tank easily pushes past each man, even kneeing a few in the gut as he moves towards the TV Champ.
When he gets to Dennis, he tosses the chair into the ring, grabbing Dennis by the hair and pulling him up, rolling him into the ring. Tank turns back and gives the men who tried to stop him a look.
All of them are shouting, screaming "No! Don't do it! It's over!" Tank simply flips them off, rolling into the ring. He grabs the paint can and stands up, kicking Dennis over onto his back.
He shakes the can and takes the lid off, painting a big four leaf clover on Dennis' chest, and with another kick the beaten man is rolled onto his stomach. Tank paints a large JH on the TV Champs' back, only then does he pick up the chair...
The champion lifts the chair and brings it down onto Dennis' back. In the blink of an eye, Tank raises the chair again, only to repeat this action again and again, savagely driving into Dennis Black without a hint of remorse.
The refs and doctors move to the apron, shouting at Tank to stop his attack. Just then...
The Camera quickly pans back to the ramp!

After striking Tank with the chair for a final time, Jimmy turns and stares at Dennis Black, the man who injured him last week on Turmoil.
Jimmy looks at the state of poor Dennis, who is covered in blood & spray paint, and thinks better of hitting him with the chair in his hand.
They share a brief look of mutual respect. Jimmy slides out the ring with his chair, as Dennis gets a few stomps in on the downed Tank. Jimmy exits up the ramp without taking his eyes off the ring.
After a few more stomps, the battered & bloodied Dennis exits the ring and makes his way up the ramp, leaving Tank lying in the middle of the ring.
The camera pans to the announce team.

We return backstage where a spritely Paul Pugh is wandering down a corridor performing a dance move known only as "The Eel". His arms are gyrating and his eyes are glazed as he heads towards the medical room
He knocks a certain amount of times again before the OCW doctor Herman von Hermann appears and the two share a nod. Pugh then performs his arm gyrating movements and the Doctor seems surprised.
He hits Pugh's arm with a tiny hammer and seems impressed with the results. The two share a word and Dr von Hermann then accompanies Pugh out towards the ring.

Pugh stands in the ring next to OCW's resident surgeon and gynaecologist Dr Peter von Hormone and his compatriot physician Dr Herman von Hermann. Both of these men are discussing something as Pugh takes a microphone to a raucous reaction.

Pugh's face turns as the crowd laugh

He grabs HvH by the white lab coat and tries to remove it, physically unable as his heavily strapped arm is still not as strong as it should be. He gets annoyed and gives up

The doctors both look sheepish as Pugh waits

As the evening draws to a close the OCW cameras catch up with our diners one last time. The various parties make their way to the exit after being told that their meals would be on the house.
TOBIN: You know, it was nice to have tonight off, talk about the rookies and give you guys and opportunity to let off some steam as well.
The group of the World Champion, the Monster, and Tiberius Dupree spot the other group. The Monster goes straight for Tobin, but Sean manages to step in front of him and cut off his path, forcing him to rethink his approach. Tobin spots the Monster trying to make a move and considers striking first, not wanting to make a scene in public.
DUPREE: I see you’re still walking a bit funny after I butt-f*cked your dream of becoming World Champ last week.
SEAN: You tell him! UNDEFEATED AS WORLD CHAMPION, that’ll show Jay. Ryu Matsumoto starts advancing aggressively but is held back by Matsuda.
DUPREE: Awwww look at the part-timer keeping his b*tch on a leash.
Matsuda pauses for a moment and smiles, he takes his hands off Ryu and steps aside and motions for Ryu to go ahead.
Before Dupree has a chance to react Ryu sweeps him with a precision takedown and delivers a punch to the bridge of Dupree’s nose. After a sickening crack the Monster and Sean pull Ryu off before he can do more damage.
DUPREE: F*CK, I THINK THAT F*CKER BROKE MY NOSE.
RYU: WHERE’S YOUR LUNCH B*TCH?!
Dupree charges forward to try and attack Ryu as he’s being held by Sean and the Monster. The two groups and security scuffle for a moment as Mugen and Pugh laugh in a corner over drinks.
After Matsuda and Tobin pull Ryu away and out the door of the restaurant, Tobin reenters.
TOBIN: Listen, we had such a good night that I feel we need to cover all these damages to the restaurant. I’ve got a check right here and I’m ready to take care of it.
MUGEN: No, no. It’s okay. It’s already been paid for along with all the meals tonight. Thanks to this.
Mugen grabs OCW Company Credit Card that Mr. Sensation was using earlier in the night from the Bill Sleeve. We find the two groups outside of the restaurant getting into two separate taxi cabs still yelling at each other like a bunch of savages. The scene fades out.
