As tonight's episode of Riot carries on, we turn now to The Mantis in the darkened room again, this time sitting cross-legged and surrounded by lit candles.
He is looking down at first, appearing deep in thought, before looking upwards into the camera, and beginning to speak with a less than cheerful demeanor.
The Mantis: My friends...I will not tell a lie by saying that my mission has been entirely successful. It has been a very difficult journey, fraught with danger, desperation, and blind betrayal.
The Mantis:
Despite my best efforts, I have made very few friends, and scores of enemies, one of whom being my opponent tonight, Danny Watts.
The Mantis: Of all the evils I have faced in the OCW, there are few that can match the level of sheer, unbridled terror that he can unleash. He is utterly ruthless. Unforgiving. Uncompromising. Insatiable. But, not infallible.
The camera slowly zooms in.
The Mantis: Watts, like any opponent, can be bested, through determination, tenacity and cunning. I cannot afford to succumb to fear. And tonight, my courage and will shall allow me to stare him in the eye, and never falter. For I am The Mantis…
He points towards the camera.
The Mantis: ...and I've got your number, Danny.
The video then fades to black...
The camera pans to the announce team.
Well then! Could it be times up!
Could this be forboding?
Suddenly the picture starts to flicker and then suddenly Ashley Moore is in the picture. She is sitting on a computer chair with lots of screens behind her displaying various Wrestlers of the OCW roster.
Amongst other things you can see Flojo leaning against a wall listening to music, Justin Jehst posing for a photo shoot and Valkyrie signing autograph cards for little children.
She holds a finger to her ear and is clearly listening to someone.
Ashley Moore: Am I live? Can they hear me?
She nods.
Ashley Moore: Ok, good.
She takes a break to breathe before starting to aggressively talk into the camera.
Ashley Moore: Do you see what happens when you try to silence me? Do you see what happens when you try to mess with me?
Ashley Moore: I … will take over the program.
Ashley Moore: I have revealed the truth about Valkyrie last week, this time it’s your turn, OCW management.
Ashley Moore: I know for a fact that you are secretly observing me.
Ashley Moore: You have detectives behind every corner and in every bush I walk along.
Ashley Moore: You disgusting trash juice people try everything to find dirt on me so that you have a reason to deny me my Championship rematch.
She holds her finger up and wags it from left to right as to say, “ I don’t think so.”
Ashley Moore: But you WILL FIND NOTHING!
Ashley Moore: And be sure to get to know my lawyers if you fabricate any lies about me.
Ashley Moore: Before I forget!, that traitor, known as Blaine, is having a match tonight.
Ashley Moore: I know you poisoned my water bottle before my Wrestlution match, because you and THEM! are conspiring against my Ashleyness!
Ashley Moore: And that after all I have done for you. You are an obnoxious piece of shit.
Ashley Moore: Ashley out!
The camera pans to the announce team.

DANNY WATTS vs. THE MANTIS
The camera pans to the announce team.

Backstage we find Joshua Tucker walking down the hallway seemingly headed towards catering when he is approached by a smiling Alex Asher.
Asher:Hey what's going on Tuck. Haven't seen you in a while bro.
Tucker-What do you want?
He asks instead of returning the greeting. Asher just kind of tilts his head in confusion because Tucker seems a bit off compared to usual
Tucker-Well are you going to say something or stand there and look at me?
Asher:Well, I was just wanted to see how you were doing. You haven't showed up to our usual training session and I wanted to see if you were good.
Tucker rolls his eyes before responding
Tucker-Look I'm fine. I'm actually better than I have been in a long time. I feel almost awakened or unburdened. Like a weight has been lifted. Do you know what I mean?
Tucker-Of course you don't or you wouldn't be looking at me like that.
He says before Asher can even answer the question. He then chuckles before Asher responds.
Asher:Man what's going on with you today? Who pissed you off? Was it Caine or something? Or are you pissed at me still about that battle royal stuff?
Tucker now sports the look of confusion
Tucker-What battle royal? The one that happened seemingly forever ago?
Asher nods his head and Tucker shakes his in disappointment.
Tucker-We BOTH just had a match at Lution and you think that some random battle royal is still affecting me?
Tucker-
No….not at all. I told you I was happy for you then and I meant it. I'm not going to pretend to not be mad at a friend just to harbor resenting feelings about one damn match. There will be more matches.
Asher: Alright man. If you say so. Word of the wise though, if you're going to act like a dick, don't do it to the people who got your back. I'll catch you later man, you know my number.
As Asher turns to walk away Tucker reaches and grabs him and turns him back around
Tucker- If me getting jumped twice and my cat getting stolen while you are nowhere to be found is having my back then you are doing a bang up job my friend. You just don’t get it do you? No, you don’t not yet
He then gets in Asher’s face
Tucker-But you will before too long just wait.
He says before stepping back and chuckling before walking off. Asher scoffs and watches Tucker walk off while shaking his head
Asher:Well, that's another person who goes on the list.
