BELIVE IN GREENE! CHRIS GREENE vs. JOE DEAVER
DOC is seen at the catering area backstage eating some fruit. Entering the picture is none other than The OCW World Heavyweight Champion H2O.
You can hear the chant of “Code Green” from the arena.
H2O: Welcome back, DOC. It’s nice to see you again. It was a sight for sore eyes to see what Nate Ortiz did to you at the 17th Anniversary. It’s no surprise.
H2O: But it was a helluva performance you displayed out there! You showed no ring rust at all.
DOC finishes up chewing a sliced apple.
DOC: Good to see you again my G, what brings you to these ends again brudda?
H2O looks at his OCW World Heavyweight Title draped over his shoulder. DOC’s eyes follow his former tag partners eyes towards the title.
H2O: We had a good battle for this prestigious title. I’m looking to see if you’re ready to cash in on a rematch for it. That’s if you’re willing to accept?
Just as DOC was beginning to answer, The CCW World Heavyweight Champion Ev wraps his arm around his brother's neck and steals some fruit from his hands.
Harvey locks as with Ev, remembering the threat he had with Dominion.
Ev: Harvey! Congrats man, 3 times OCW Champion, let’s hope it’s a bit more like reign number two and a bit less like reign number one, eh?
Ev: You know, come to think of it, in all of your time beefing with Dominion, we never did get that one on one match.
Ev: So, if you want a likkle warm up before you start defending that title proper, why don’t you have a think about a Champion vs Champion match as a bit of a warm up, eh?
H2O: That sounds like a plan, mate.
Harvey smirks as Ev returns the favor with a smirk of his own while popping a grape in his mouth.
DOC: I’ll take you up on that another time. I’m sure you’ll hold onto it for a little while before I’m ready. Ev and I had some other unfinished business we need to take care of.
H2O: I have no doubt in my mind that you two will take care of it. But before you do, let me take care of that business right now while you two suck in that good sugar.
H2O: Ev, point me in the right direction.
Ev: Don’t tell them I sent you, yeah?
Ev looks down one side of the hallway and then the other. He then points as Harvey gives Uncrowned a nod of respect.
He walks towards Dominion’s locker room.
(PREVIOUSLY RECORDED)
In the middle of Brooklyn afternoon traffic the cameras are seen above a limousine. As the camera cuts and pans inside of the limousine, we see all of Dennis Dillinger Enterprise. El Parca, Gonzalo Munoz, Dennis Dillinger, and freshly crowned North American Champion, Alastair Ross. The group of men are chatting away as the microphones pick up their conversations.
Parca: Man, Ross. Congratulations big guy, you truly deserve it and showed those fools just how good you truly are. Wrex? We don’t need em, we got the Nuclear Option baby!
Ross: You’re goddamn right Miguel, with the real white strap under DDE, we’re in a better position with those idiots in charge than ever. We don’t call them when it’s time for something big, they need to call US and ask.
Parca: Tonight is a huge night for us gentlemen. We all know what’s going on at Riot, Nate Ortiz wants to step to Ross? Fine so be it. You already know my main man, Gonzalo is there for you whenever you need him.
Dennis: Ah yes, the supposed grand poobah of this place. We all saw his true colors in the ballroom, but unfortunately for him, Alastair Ross is not goodie two-shoes “king”. He tries something like that-
Ross: Good. Cause that little shit stain IS going to try again, I know it. This time we beat him to the punch.
Gonzalo: We have got to show him that him and his little buddies don’t run the show anymore. D.D.E over Dominion all day.
Parca: Speaking of which, Gonzalo, I have some plans I need to tend to tonight. I’m gonna need you to go and remind Chris Greene not to forget about his El Primero and our meeting at Devil’s Night.
Gonzalo Whatever you say, El Primero. I am ready to lay the law.
Dennis: Big plans and a big money match. Hopefully some of your plans involve getting your hands on that twerp Garcia before my legal team has the chance.
Parca: I can’t fully explain my plans for tonight, but I promise and will always reassure you all, anything I have planned will always be to try and benefit DDE. Well, besides Chris Greene I just don’t like that little rat.
Dennis: Who does?
Gonzalo: It would be my pleasure to take care of that mamao before you throw him in a cell. I can make him disappear before that.
Parca: Dennis speaking of Christian Garcia, that bullshit he pulled on you is outrageous and we need to discuss that.
Ross: Nothing to discuss Parca, he’s a blip on the radar when it comes to our future. He’s flying to close the fucking sun, those wings will burn.
Parca: Hell Dennis, you could put me and Gonzalo, Ross and Gonzalo, and or me and Ross against that punk and anyone he could find if he has anyone. Or any one of us three would stomp that punk for you.
Dennis: His only opponent right now is going to be litigation. This is going to be a new year for DDE and this brand isn’t going anywhere just because that twerp decided to throw away his future.
Parca: New beginnings is what is happening for DDE. We finally have our foundation, we have championship gold, and the future is looking bright for all of us.
Dennis: Brighter than the stars in DDE!
The four men continue conversing as the cameras pan down and fade to black as they continue their way to Barclays Center.
The video begins in a small apartment, where last week's OCWFED Anniversary Show is being played on a flat-screen television. Specifically, the part of the Anniversary Show featuring The Last Blacksmith's miraculous return following a gruesome attack by his former protégé Hyper Mantis Red, during which he was sent through a flaming table and spent months in an intensive care unit.
The television suddenly switches off, leaving an empty black screen, and silence to permeate around the room, before the camera pans over to Hyper Mantis Red sitting on the couch with a remote in his hand, a resigned scowl on his face.
He exhales sharply through his nose and sets the remote down.
Hyper Mantis Red: Damn it all...and here I was just getting used to not having to deal with him…
He turns to face the camera.
Hyper Mantis Red: That's just the way it goes, isn't it? My past always coming back to haunt me, no matter how far I try to run from it. No matter how deep I bury it into the earth, still, it rises to life again, and again, and again.
Hyper Mantis Red: I'll not stand for this. I'm not gonna let anyone, or anything, get in the way of my salvation. Not Blacksmith, not Karmine, not Baxter, not anyone.
He suddenly jumps up from the couch and grabs the camera lens with both hands, coldly staring into it.
Hyper Mantis Red: My torment will be your torment. My nightmares will be your nightmares. My fury shall have no equal, and neither shall the pain that I will inflict on you. Blacksmith was not the end, but the beginning.
Hyper Mantis Red: Ask not for whom the bell tolls...for it tolls for thee...
