We cut backstage to the interview area where Stacy Clarke is standing by with Paul Pugh, who is looking pensive –not his normal self, and for good reason considering his job will be on the line this Sunday at End Games.

Stacy: So Paul… before we even get to End Games, tonight you have to fight your friend – your fellow insider and OCW World Champion Parker Stevens… how do you feel about that?

Pugh: …How do I feel Stacy? I feel fantastic… See tonight, my mind isn’t occupied by the potential ramifications of End Games – it’s just another Riot. Go out there, stand around with Parker a little, and punch some Lumberjacks in the jaw.

Stacy looks puzzled

Stacy: So you won’t be fighting Parker tonight?

Pugh: Oh no, we’ll both be out there for our scheduled match… except there’s no reason for us to beat each other senseless – we both need to be fresh for End Games you understand…

Pugh shrugs his shoulders

Pugh: We done?

Stacy: Actually… I’d like to ask you about End Games – Guy Fausto has said if Parker retains the World Title, you’re out of a job – how does that affect you going into the match?

Pugh: It affects me greatly Stacy. Make no bones about it – I want to be World Champion, but I’ve always said I wouldn’t trample all over my friends to get to it. Parker and I, until this point, had an understanding… honestly going into this weekend, I have no idea what I’m going to do in that ring. See… a more selfish man, a Dupree or a Dimsmore, they’d push their buddy under the bus, end their title reign and send them packing – but not me. See, I respect all that Parker has done as Champion, and I’m 100% committed to the Insider cause. The World Title exists within our group because Parker has been unstoppable these past months… come Sunday, it’ll still remain with the Insiders. If that means I’m out of a job – then so be it…

Stacy: So you’re saying you’ll sacrifice yourself to keep Parker as Champion?

Pugh: … I didn’t say that.

Pugh walks out of shot as the scene fades on a confused Stacy Clarke.
