The camera opens on an ambulance in the backstage area. The lights are flashing rapidly, but thankfully, the siren is not. Two paramedics walk into frame, helping a broken and beaten Bobby Minio toward the ambulance, much to the One Man Army’s chagrin. Finally, he decides that he has had enough, and he shakes the two men away from him in an annoyed daze.

Bobby Minio: “Get your damned hands off of me. I can walk just fine!”

He attempts to take five consecutive steps without the aid of the paramedics, and his body buckles. He catches himself on the edge of the ambulance, prompting the two paramedics to rush to his side, attempting to assist him.

Bobby Minio: “No! No damnit!”

Minio once again shakes the paramedics away from him. The senior paramedic steps forward, offering the classic hard truths.

Senior Paramedic:
“Sir, I know you boys do your big tough guy routines here, but you’re very hurt, and it’s my duty to get you on that ambulance and down to get looked at by a doctor.”

Bobby Minio: “If you put me in that ambulance I swear to whatever god you worship, I will beat both of your asses and leave that deathbox in a goddamned ditch. Now get out of my face!”

Senior Paramedic: “Could you do me one favor? Just one, and I’ll leave you alone.”

Minio feigns an insincere amount of interest in the challenge. He forces his head to nod along in exaggeration, despite the immense amount of pain he was feeling head to toe.

Senior Paramedic: “Read my name tag to me and we will pack it up and leave you be.”

The One Man Revolution looks toward the senior paramedic’s name tag. After a few seconds too long, the tell tale signs of Minio’s frustration boils over.

Bobby Minio: “Stop moving and I’ll tell you… stop… stop moving!”

The paramedics look at each other with a flat expression on both of their faces.

Senior Paramedic: “I’m not moving at all.”

This prompts Minio to squint his eyes as hard as he can. He wills himself to see straight again, to get his bearings, fighting through the searing pain of the last two brutal weeks to recite the paramedics name with an extremely condescending tone.

Bobby Minio: “Ziskey. Your name is Ziskey.”

The senior paramedic’s face turns, now he is the annoyed party in the group, and as his tone matches the levels of belittling that Minio had just a moment prior, his intent meets Minio’s sour attitude.

Senior Paramedic: “Yes, I’m Ziskey, and YOU’RE hurt. Now let me do MY job and get you the hell out of here, don’t make me-”

Minio is on the paramedic like litter on cat crap. He slams the man against the wall of the ambulance, his left forearm wedged firmly underneath the chin of the paramedic, his teeth gritting and grinding so firmly that you would expect sparks to come out.

Bobby Minio: “What? Don’t make you want? What are you gonna do? Call your supervisor? Are you going to wait for this dummy over here to help you? What are you gonna do now?!”

Both paramedics are in a state of panic now, the younger paramedic pacing and waving his arms around as he desperately tries to figure out the answer to this unfolding problem. The senior paramedic, slowly being lifted off of the ground by Minio’s forearm, kicks his legs against the tire of the ambulance out of pure fear. The only person in the situation that is remotely calm is Minio, who spits more taunts through his gritted teeth in the face of the paramedic the man runs through a variety of blue shades.

Bobby Minio: “Do you enjoy being helpless? Do you like knowing that you can’t back your goddamned mouth up? Do you like being thrown around by someone better than you?!”

The senior paramedic struggles against the weight of Minio to reply. It’s clear that he’s answering “NO” through the short head shakes and the gurgling voice, but Minio feigns ignorance, still leaning into the man’s wind pipe.

Bobby Minio: “Sorry, I must not have heard you. Speak up, Ziskey, speak with your meek little voice and answer the friggin’ question!”

The junior paramedic finally jumps into the frame, wedging himself between Minio and the senior paramedic, shouting up into Minio’s face.

Junior Paramedic: “What the hell are you trying to prove man?!”

Minio finally releases the senior paramedic, who falls in a heap onto his ass, his body slumping sideways as he struggles to fill his lungs with air.

Bobby Minio: “Everything. Now get out of my friggin’ way… because I’m not even close to done!”

Before the junior paramedic can even process his request, Minio storms forward, pushing the young man aside with a brutal and emasculating left palm to the face, sending him bouncing off of the same ambulance that his partner was just choked against. Minio stomps off into the hallways of the arena as backstage technicians and road agents scramble into frame to check on the men that Minio had just assaulted. Debris can be heard crashing around in the direction that Minio had been moving as the screen cuts to the next scene.
