We are what appears to be a hospital, the smell of antiseptic and sterilizer is a dead giveaway. The camera pans through the hallways, showing nurses, doctors and medical staff taking care of it’s occupied residents

We now enter the children’s ward for the terminally ill to meet a special young boy through the OCW Grant-A-Wish program. The wish being granted is no other than a visit from Greater Than The Greatest of All-Time, Nate “The Franchize” Ortiz.

Nate is accompanied by 2 nurses carrying balloons and presents for the child. The caramel colored child with his cinnamon hair lights up with excitement. Nate hands him an autographed replica OCW World Championship and takes a seat in the chair next to him.

Nate: Has anyone ever told you who you look like?

Kid: Yes sir, I know and I hate it.

Nate shakes his head and smiles. The nurses decorate the room with the balloons and presents before leaving Nate to grant his wish.

Nate: Well it is my honor to meet you buddy. I know you’ve been fighting and its your fight that keeps me doing this. Your dad told me the first match you saw was me against Tiberius Dupree. Sorry you had to see me like that. I know you have your rough days. That was mine. That will never happen again.


What Nate doesn’t realize is that in the adjacent room Tiberius Octavian Dupree, the OCW Light Heavyweight Champion has just finished granting a wish of his own. So when ‘He with the Iron Knee” walks passed and catches a glimpse of Nate sitting with what looks like Denaris Black. He immediately knees the door open and barges in. Then pauses realizing this isn’t what he thought it was.

BETTERNESS: That’s not Douglas!

Nate: Who?!

BETTERNESS: I thought you were trying to give another championship to that cuck Derrick Black. But that kid’s obviously much taller.

Nate: That didn’t happen, and I’m man enough to admit that was a mistake. My mind was in another place, and sorry for you I’m back to the guy that won the OCW Championship at the end of last year.

BETTERNESS: Whatever. What a pathetic wish to grant this kid, he never got to see you in your prime, his parents weren’t even born yet.

BETTERNESS: This must be your walker…

Tibby points to the walker propped next to the door with his classic half smile.

BETTERNESS: You see how much Dennis over there lit up like a firecracker when he saw me enter the room?!

Dupree approaches the opposite side of Nate, his OCW Light Heavyweight Champion in hand.

BETTERNESS: Want a picture kid?!

The kid is beyond ecstatic, he’s not getting a visit from just one OCW Hall of Famer but two. He nods eagerly, Nate respects the kid’s wishes despite wanting to clock Dupree. The kid feeling really entitled takes a selfie with Dupree holding both the replica OCW World and Light Heavyweight Championships.

BETTERNESS: Well the Better Force doesn’t move on it’s own, I’ve granted two wishes in less than an hour, made you look older and more irrelevant than you already are, I call this a win.

BETTERNESS: You take care young Dennis, salutations.

Dupree glides out the room leaving with a irate Nate and another wish granted.
