A few clicking noises are heard in the darkness. As the picture fades in we see a doorknob jiggling on the screen.
Then the last click can be heard and then door opens slowly as you see the pale white eyes of The OCW Womens Champion Furiosa walking through the doorway.
Dressed in all black catwoman like attire, Furiosa breaks into the home of none other than Jayson Clinton Sensation, The Grand Puba of OCW.
She moves through the darkness like a spirit in the night. The home is clean and pristine. Only a nightlight in the kitchen is on and it barely lights the kitchen area. Furiosa uses what little light is given and looks around to see if anyone is home.
She walks through the kitchen and into the living room area where she barely hears some sort of commentating.
Furiosa: That sounds like him.
She walks up the stairs quietly as if she knew where every creak within the steps were. She reaches the top floor and walks towards the room where she hears her boss commentating.
The door is already open as she peeks inside what appears to be his bedroom. She sees him sleeping at his computer table with a glass of wine in his hand.
Furiosa: HA! Viejo. Let’s see what skeletons you have in your closet shall we.
Furiosa: Who said my name?
Before Furiosa could begin searching through the closet. She turns to the television and sees Harri Etiquette on Turmoil last week talking about being the best contender for her OCW Womens Title.
Furiosa: Your career has just begun. You know how long it took me to get here! The hell that I’ve been thru! Sentai Hare, Valkyrie, Empress, Alexa, La Mujera, Kat, Anna Mosity, Eerie Sunshine, Kat, FloJo, Ashley Moore! I can go on!
Furiosa: You have a better chance of playing games with a demon through a Ouiji Board. Que te den!
JCS: MAMAO!!! F*** You Spider! Reeeeee, LISTEN TO MEEE TIBI DUPRI eh heh ZzzZzzzZzzzzzz
Furi’s eyes open wide as JCS grumbles something vulgar but then realizes he’s talking in his sleep. She frowns at the television and turns her attention back into the closet.
There's a huge chest at the back. Furi kneels down and moves some of the clothes hanging up out of her way.
The chest is already open. She clicks on her flashlight that’s attached to a strap around her head to see. Inside she finds A TON of Nate Ortiz vs. Tiberius Dupree Memorabilia. Along with Empress, Mugen, Drago Cesar, Pugh and nothing else.
Furiosa: Most of this is disgusting. Only thing here worth anything is Mugen and Empress because they both worked with our savior Papa Kass.
Furiosa: Wait just a minute here. Look what we have! Could this be my next artifact to put into my Black Box?
Furiosa pulls out a poster half rolled up. She unrolls it fully and it reads…
Furiosa: Ahh, yes it is. This is perfect.
JCS:(Blinks to make sure he isn't crazy) Who in the mother of pearl are you and why the hell are you here? Matter fact..... (Begins searching for something)
Furiosa smiles as she places the poster in her backpack. She backs out slowly from the closet and stands with her hands up.
JCS: I'm gonna start counting and by the time I reach 1 You best be outta here or you are going to meet Ebony and or Ivory.
Furiosa lowers her hand slowly over her head sprays some sort of substance that pops out of her sleeve. The sleight of hand works as JCS doesn’t see; She removes the mask to reveal her face. JCS is in shock.
JCS: ...... Bold of you to be my employee and break into my home even bolder of you to assume I won't give you equal right in addition to and equal left.
A clicking sound is heard as something glimmers in Our Hero's hand!
Furiosa: You’re having a nightmare, Mr. Sensation. Best thing for you to do is to sit back down, close your eyes tightly and get away from me.
JCS: I think the best thing is for you to….
Furiosa throws her mask in the face of her boss. He gets a whiff of the fragrance and throws it on the floor.
JCS: If your plan is to distract me with that funky rag, then it's failed I've smelled worse from better females!
Furiosa walks in closer to JCS as he falls back into his recliner. He shakes his head as the effects of the aroma Furiosa sprayed on the mask takes effect.
Furiosa bends over seductively and whispers…
Furiosa: Sleep, Boo Boo.
Furiosa strokes JCS’s bald head with the same hand that has the nozzle of the spray poking out from her sleeve. He gets another whiff and his eyes start to get heavy.
He tries to speak but his speech becomes slurred.
Furiosa: You had too much to drink, love. Don’t fight it. Just close your eyes and it’ll be over.
JCS tries to fight the drug Furiosa gave him but his eyes close once and he still sees her. His eyes close twice and his vision is blurred. A loud bang is heard as Our Hero's eyes close once more as he opens them Furiosa isn’t there.
JCS: Gotcha BITCH!.......
JCS closes his eyes as we see a hole in his favorite wall.
Jasmin is sitting backstage, nursing an icepack on her cheek as she sits down on a chair, looking intently at the floor. Her headband is hanging off her other arm, and her ponytail has come loose, leaving her looking out of sorts.
???: Are you good over there, lass?
Jasmin turns her head to find Stephen McCallum peeking in through the door.
Stephen: Is it okay if I come in?
Jasmin: I…sure, I reckon so.
Stephen opens the door and walks into the room, kneeling next to Jasmin.
Stephen: I saw your match. How are you feeling? Is everything okay?
Jasmin: Stage fright. I’m fine. Next time’ll be better.
The legend smirks at Jasmin’s coy response.
Stephen: Stage fright, eh? Yeah, I definitely get that. Nerves can ruin anyone’s night…but I definitely feel something held you back. Something ELSE.
Jasmin: Coach. I’m good. Just need to get used to this. I don’t know if you know this, but I’m more used to punching people in the face inside a cage. All this bouncing off of ropes and jumping off of stuff and counts and falls and all is a… well, it’s new.
Jasmin: I just need… time. That’s all. Just time.
Stephen: Oh yeah, I know about your MMA background. I think I already told you that I’ve watched your Ambition matches, too. The transition must be tough, but I think you have one of the biggest upsides of any one person in the GOAT Academy, at least from my point of view.
Stephen: You’re in your own head, and I get that. What you just went through with Ross and CG…it must’ve been hell. You’re also the new kid on the block, and I get that, too. When I had my first match, I lost. I got put in my place.
Stephen: Debbie D is a fantastic competitor, but so are you, Jasmin. You obviously still need work, but that’s why I’m here.
The OCW Hall of Famer reaches into his jacket and pulls out a golden envelope with Jasmin’s name.
Stephen: When I sent these out, I wanted primarily CG in the Academy. He’s a young, rabid wolf that makes me hopeful for the future of the men’s division in OCW. However, when I saw you and what YOU could do. When I heard you speak…I saw it. The future OCW Women’s Champion. This invitation is yours and yours alone. Not you and CG. Not just a tagalong invitation. This is yours.
Jasmin: You honestly expect me to believe that after what I’ve been through the past six months?
Jasmin looks up at the invitation for an awkward moment, before taking it in hand and sighing.
Jasmin: I didn’t even want to be here, you know. Not for a long time. I was supposed to defend my title a few more times. Maybe unify it with the bantamweight belt if I could make weight. Then that got taken from me. I’m shocked Mr. Dupree even bothered to give me a contract, but if it weren’t for that, I’d be unemployed. Nowhere to go.
Jasmin: …I really think you got the wrong gal.. Alyssa’s someone you could build up. She knows this. This is her life.
Stephen: Alyssa is a great athlete in her own right, but you? Jasmin, you possess so much untapped potential. Dupree gave you that contract because he sees exactly what I see! And that’s FUTURE greatness.
Jasmin: Well, let’s start with me managing to land a punch or two, and maybe then we can talk about greatness.
Jasmin offers a sad, sarcastic laugh.
Stephen: Fair enough. Look, I want you to do something. Consider it a new experience. A way to train,if you will. My daughter has officially signed an OCW contract. We’re not on the best of terms because of my own demons, but I have been keeping up with her career. She’s an ace. A hard hitter. We may not get along, but I think you two could learn a lot from one another. Hell, I could learn a lot from ya.
Jasmin: Figured that Catriona thing wasn’t a coincidence. I guess it wouldn’t hurt nothin’ to try. Thanks, Coach. I owe ya one.
Stephen: Don’t thank me. Just keep your head up and grow. You’ll get the hang of this wrestling thing that we do. I know it.
Jasmin: Right. I’m gonna go catch a bus back to my place. See ya.
Jasmin gives him a quick nod, and rises to her feet, starting to undo her wrist tape as she walks out the door.
TRIPLE THREAT ROOKIE FEVER NEIR YORHA vs. AISU
vs. JOE DEAVER
Jim Black: Ladies and Gentlemen, don’t go anywhere, we’ve got something very special coming up for you in tonight’s Riot Main Event. We got some Champion vs Champion action where Mark Reese takes on the man with me right now: the CCW World Heavyweight Champion Antonio Everrett. Tony, how are you feeling right now?
Antonio: Thanks for having me, Jim. You know what? I’m feeling better right now than I’ve felt in a long, long time. Wrestlelution is just round the corner, and I know that I am going to have the honour of walking into that show, at Wembley Stadium no less, as the CCW World Heavyweight Champion. I’m just feeling so blessed to have the opportunity to compete at the highest level week in and week out and tonight is absolutely no different.
Jim Black: You’re absolutely right, Tony, Mark Reese is a formidable opponent in his own right, and with all of the rumours circulating about this monumental 4-way becoming a reality at Wrestlelution, how are you going to put that to the back of your mind to focus on the task at hand tonight?
Antonio: You know, Mark Reese is a guy who I have a lot of time for. He, just like me, made a name for himself in the tag team division, and just like me, he knows what it’s like to be stabbed in the back by someone you trusted with your life.
Tony takes a moment to pause.
Antonio: But more importantly, outside of the ring, he carries himself like a true professional and that’s what really makes him, in every sense of the word, one of the BEST OCW has to offer. And that is exactly why I have to beat him.
Antonio: You know, there has been a lot of talk about who I have faced during my time as World Champion and I have to agree. As Champion, it is your responsibility to take on the upper echelon of the competition available consistently. I may not have defended this prestigious title as many times as my predecessor, but since I have become Champion I have done nothing but show up week in and week out and prove myself against anybody who wanted to step up to the plate. Hell, that’s why I put my name forward in the Super S-Cup when I could’ve easily just jetted off on holiday.
Antonio: Parca, Trance, Cohle, Ortiz, Carter, Golden, Tremblay, Watts, the list goes on and on. Say what you want about those names, they have all proven themselves worthy of holding Championships in OCW, and each and every time they’ve stared across at me in that ring I have stood up to them, looked them straight in the eye, and given them everything I have! And I can assure you, that does not stop tonight, or any other week for that matter!
Antonio: That’s why I issued that challenge last week. I’m tired of all the talking about my legacy. I’m the one who gets to define what my legacy is, and I’ll tell you what it’s going to be. I’m going to be the guy who walked into Wrestlelution in his own backyard as THE World Champion of this company and walked out of it with the very same title, conquering the three greatest wrestlers of his generation in the process!
Jim Black: Doesn’t sound like you’ll need much more motivation for tonight then, Tony. Could you say then you see tonight more as a warm-up match for future battles, rather than a test in its own right?
Antonio: Of course this is more than just a ‘warm-up’ match, Jim. Every single time I get into the ring, I go in there to win, and I know I’m going to have to be on it if I want to do that tonight, so I’m just going to-
Stepping in from the other side of the frame, the looming figure of Innes Quartz appears, staring straight into Tony’s eyes. After a few tense moments, he nods his head forward and speaks to the CCW World Champion.
Quartz: Antonio.
Quartz: I know the last 3 weeks have been a tense affair, but I wanted to talk to you and make things as clear as I possibly can.
Antonio: Make it quick, Quartzy. I don’t have time for you interrupting me right now.. again.
Quartz: Yeah, see? That’s what I am here about. There is no disrespect intended in all of this. I know that with Rust Cohle and everything you’ve gone through over the last year, it seems most of the challengers you have faced want to maim you or take you out.
Quartz: That’s not what this is. I respect you and what you’ve done with that championship. I have been waiting quietly in the background, watching everything unfold for quite some time.
Quartz: It doesn’t matter if it was Antonio Everrett, DOC, Rustin or even Mr. Sensation holding that championship, my goals were always going to remain the same. My goal is to reclaim the championship that I feel I never got a fair opportunity to hold.
Quartz nods again and holds his hand out to the champion as a sign of respect.
Quartz: You and I, just like those other two, have a certain influence on this era and you know that. So whatever happens on the road to Lution… Respect?
Tony looks down at Quartz’s hand and firmly adjusts the championship belt over his shoulder, cracking a smile.
Antonio: Who the hell are you, and what the hell have you done with Quartz, mate?
Antonio: There is absolutely no question that over the last four years, you and I have been through everything together. Uncrowned vs C.Q.C, it’s the rivalry that will seemingly never end. Turmoil, Summercide, Anniversary, and now Wrestlelution, it’s almost poetic.
Antonio: At the end of the day, as CCW Champion, it is my duty to honour the lineage of champions who came before me, and that includes you. We may not have always seen eye to eye, but through blood, respect is earned, and you have more than earned my respect, Innes.
Antonio reaches out and shakes Quartz's hand firmly, before pulling him a step closer.
Antonio: But don’t think for one second that I’m going to let my guard down when I’m around you, Quartz. I’ve studied you like a book for years, and I know exactly what you’re capable of, and I know exactly what you want from me, which makes you dangerous.
Antonio: If you’re asking me to not take anything that you’re going to do personally, that’s just not going to happen, mate. This is more than personal for me. This is about my legacy as a Champion, and I am going to cement my legacy by settling this rivalry once and for all.
A smirk wipes across Quartz' face as he flexes his arm, tightening his own grip.
Quartz: So be it. With all these moving pieces, I just thought you should know that I’m coming after you one day and one day only. Wrestlution 16. Until then, we have no problems.
Antonio: Let me leave it at this, Quartz. I don’t need your help. I don’t expect you to have my back, and I don’t want you to think I’m going to have yours. But I have no reason to attack you, or either of the other two for that matter. At Wrestlelution, I want no excuses, just the four greatest wrestlers of this generation fighting over the greatest prize this sport has to offer. How does that sound, Quartzy?
Quartz shifts his gaze onto Antonio’s CCW Championship, before moving it back towards the champion.
Quartz: As long as you promise not to be too upset when I walk out of that ring with the championship in London.
With that, Quartz lets go of Antonio’s hand, before walking off set, leaving Tony and Jim Black in awkward silence.
GRUDGE MATCH AMBER RAY vs. BOBBI BADDIE
The cameras pan to the locker room area where we see OCW superstar and former Pro Bowler, Harris Turner. Harris Turner is sitting on a bench as the camera peers to the other side we see new OCW rookie, Chance Williams. Chance has a gloomy look on his face as Harris throws a paper ball at his friend.
Chance: Are we in kindergarten? What was that!
Harris: Down in the dumps, huh? Looking like the college days.
Chance: Bro, don't make me rock em, sock em, robots your ass. Quit playing with me or I'll show you how to get down!
Harris: Nah, nah, nah, seriously though what’s up?
Chance rubs his hands on his face as he lets out a dramatic sigh. Leaning back into his locker cubby he throws the paper ball back at Harris.
Chance: I just don’t really get it, man, first, it’s not understanding why people have constant beef for no reason, then it’s trying to understand how AFTER fighting them they still have issues? Now all of a sudden I’m finding out everyone has some weird grudge issue!
Harris chuckles at his friend and shakes his head back and forth.
Harris: It’s crazy out here man, this isn’t Muay Thai or kickboxing like you’re used to. People put their lives into this, they’ll do anything to succeed and get one up on someone. You saw what Maxx did to me.
Chance: SEE! That right there! This man Maxx Edwards breaks into your house, physically assaults you, and now all of a sudden he’s being cheered like some kind of hero!? I don’t get it!
Harris: I’ve been here for a minute now, and I’ve been a fan since a kid, and I still don’t get what goes on around here sometimes… Speaking of going on, how was the tag match? Didn’t wanna loop your old buddy Harris in?
Chance cuts Harris a side eye with the end of his snarky remark.
Chance: Bro don’t even get me started on that. If I would’ve known off rip then I would’ve told you, it was dropped on me just as quickly as I was in there. But it was relatively fun I enjoyed it makes me wanna team with you more.
Harris's phone chimes and he pulls it out of his pocket. As he is checking his phone he smiles and then puts it back into his pocket.
Harris: Just got some news you’ll love then. They’re bringing back an old event soon, Asylum it’s called. We got a match: you and I versus Deaver and Verde.
Turner stands up and playfully slaps Chance on the shoulder, leading into Harris sticking out his hand for a handshake.
Harris: Wanna show them how it’s done?
Chance takes Harris's hand and gives him a handshake back.
Chance: You already know the vibes big dog. Let’s get it done.
The cameras pan down and cut to commercial as we move on with the show.
