As Cactus Gauge enters the ring, four men dressed as jesters begin setting up the Watering Hole. This time the setup is slightly different with a full red carpet to the center of the ring and a small table with a gold platter and nice crystal glasses and a scotch bottle sit atop. Two royal chairs are next to the table with royal red and gold fabric, each stitched with the Watering Hole logo in the center.
Cactus: Ladies and Gentlemen of Turmoil, I want to waste no time tonight. Please stand to your feet.
Cactus pauses and looks around. As some of the audience stands while others look around confused.
Cactus: Please, we haven't time to waste, not a minute to spare! Please stand to your feet in honor of our guest.
Cactus: It is my honor and privilege to introduce to you our Queen and one half of the championship team here in Turmoil, Queen Madison.
As Madison enters the ring, she inspects the royal layout. One of the jesters hurry over and offer her one of the crystal glasses. She hesitantly takes the glass and looks at it closely, peering through it in the light. She stops, and glances between the jester and the glass with a look of disdain- before procuring (from locations unknown) a Lysol wipe to clean it off.
Cactus offers her a seat and hands her a mic.
Cactus: Queen, thank you for joining me on the Watering Hole. It is always a pleasure to have you here tonight.
Madison: Well thank you, Cactus. I'm glad to see you have developed some good taste!
Cactus: I’ve commissioned this very special setup just for you.
Madison: So I've noticed… Your jesters really should be wearing some Microban gloves , that one over there tainted my glass with his urban fingerprints.
Cactus turns toward the guilty jester and shoos him away. Quickly motioning for a new assistant to bring over a spotless glass.
Cactus: Things have happened so fast for you here in Turmoil. In just a year you have achieved so much. So how do you do it Queen Madison? How do you lead the greatest wrestler this company has seen in years, compete in this ring yourself and yet, continue to carry yourself as the Queen that you are?
Madison: Many questioned my intentions when Dennis and I first became friends, but I kept on with my mission. I kept him focused on the prize at hand. Together, we have overcome trials and tribulations, unsanitary beasts, and corruption in its most evil form. Whereas many other men would have buckled under pressure, quit, or Tanked themselves, Dennis and I have risen to the occasion.
Madison: As for me, sometimes even a Queen herself must go into battle. A man is only as strong as the woman by his side? Yea...I think that's what I meant to say. Dennis is a towering steeple, and I am the flying buttress that supports him!
Cactus blinks several times at her response.
Cactus: Ah...yea. So! The King and Queen of Turmoil are two peas in a pod, inseparable! Where is he tonight?
Madison: The King is in the savage lands...uh...the quaint lands of Dubai promoting OCW’s first pay per view of the season, Devil’s Night. The King, is above all else, a company man. He handles his duties with the utmost professionalism.
Cactus: Devil’s Night, ah yes. Things have gotten interesting since opening night here. Butcher, 5% nation, my old pal Jack. What can we expect at Devil’s Night and on from The Royalty?
Madison: You all can expect us to continue to fight the good fight. Our battle against corruption is never ending. It will take people with influence such as yourself to spread the word. The Cox Kingdom is here to make OCW a better place.
Cactus laughs like a middle school teenager, but quickly gathers himself.
Cactus: Can we see yet another title wrapped around that little finger of yours soon? Should the women of Turmoil be on notice?
Madison looks down at the Turmoil World title before looking back to Cactus.
Madison: I would be a liar if I said it had not crossed my mind. I may not have Sophia’s Mexican speed, or Bertha’s size...but I'm the greatest Strategist OCW has ever seen. When I'm finished with Alex Robinson at Devil’s Night, I may see what my options are.
Cactus: King Dennis has been the pillar of this company for a while now. He has kept the most rare of women by his side. Beautiful, strong, dangerous. What does it take to please a woman as yourself? I mean, how does Dennis keep you happy?
Madison quickly stands up from her seat with her mic still in hand. The Turmoil Heavyweight Title was draped over her shoulder. She let the arena lights shine off of it for a few moments longer before speaking.
Madison: I thank you for giving me such a platform to answer the burning questions about Dennis and I. But I've another reason to be out here.
Cactus shrugs at his unanswered question as Madison continues.
Madison: Over one week ago, Dennis main evented Riot 451 against Paul Pugh. A future Hall of Famer. A multiple time OCW World Champion, and one half of Wrestlution Ten’s main event! The greatest Lution in OCW history.
Madison: In my eyes, Dennis was only moments away from victory. The old lion was on his heels, being stalked like injured prey. But shenanigans ensued and more OCW corruption reared its ugly head. The match was stopped due to injury, and Paul Pugh was allowed to walk away rather than be pinned...it would have been the biggest win we’ve ever had!
Madison: Our Hero, well…your hero, is certainly no hero of mine. He's stuck in the past, unwilling to embrace the bright future before him. My Dennis is a once in a lifetime athlete, and yet...Mr. Sensation has chosen to steal his thunder. He's led you all to believe that Drago is the one with the pivotal choice….
Madison: Of vengeance…
Madison motions with her left hand, holding it out as if literally weighing the choices. She then shifts the mic to her left hand and motions with her right hand.
Madison: ...Or Glory.
Madison: I’m here to set the record straight. It isn't Drago that Mr. Sensation should be concerned with. Oh no. Because Dennis Black and Madison Cox choose vengeance!
The crowd cheers.
Madison: Vengeance on The Purge. Vengeance on The Skwad. Vengeance on Riot...and last but not least, vengeance those on Turmoil who would seek to perpetuate these wrong doings.
Madison: One on one, Dennis will inflict his will on all of OCW’s talent until Mr. Sensation stands in the ring and admits that Dennis is ‘the’ future of this company. When insurance bills and the body count of the masses rises high enough to reach Sensation’s ivory tower...maybe then, he’ll see what he's done.
Madison looks to Cactus: Starting next week. The path of vengeance starts with one of Mr. Sensation’s greatest creations……..Paul Pugh. We’re challenging you to a match on Riot! If you're half the man I think you are...
There's a confused look on Madison's face as the Turmoil crowd come unglued for the multi-time World Champion. He drinks it in for a moment and then turns to face the Cox. He smiles and walks over to her, turning on his heels and extending his hand towards Cactus.
Pugh: I don't believe we've met... I'm the guy you wish you were.
Cactus shakes his head and goes to speak.
Pugh: No. It's not your turn.
He turns to Madison with a huge smile on his face again.
Pugh: It's your turn. Tell me Madison. Tell me what you were just about to say.
She adjusts the Turmoil Title belt on her shoulder and casually places the microphone to her mouth.
Madison: ...You'll accept thi...
He puts his hand on her mouth as the crowd pops.
Pugh: I accept.
The crowd goes nuts as Pugh nods.
Pugh: ...but Madison. We don't do it on Riot - we did it on Riot and an incompetent referee decided that I was unable to continue. That mistake doesn't get made again. No... we do it somewhere else... maybe... Turmoil?
The Turmoil crowd erupts at the potential rematch. Cactus has taken a seat on one if the comfortable seats as Madison remains shocked Pugh had the Gaul to touch her damn face!
Pugh raises his finger.
Pugh: ...maybe not though. I mean look at this place. This is the drizzlin shee-hits. Blue most certainly is not a colour that needs to be anywhere near a pro wrestling ring... which brings me to another thing that shouldn't be anywhere near a wrestling ring. Your boy Dennis.
She smiles as the crowd cheers for her creation, the Ultimate Underdoug.
Pugh: Green as goosesheet and twice as dumb - see he wanted to make a name for himself, cool. He decided to go into business for himself and knee my damn teeth down my throat... To send a message, right? To try and legitimize himself as a Champion?
Madison nods as Pugh nods along.
Pugh: Yeah? You like that right? You think that was a smart thing to do?
Madison: ... Yes it...
Pugh smushes her face again.
Pugh: No sweetheart, I'm talking. If Dennis wants my scalp Madison, you only have to ask... But I need something in return.
Madison: ... and what is that?
Pugh extends his finger and points in her direction.
Pugh: You.
Cactus stands up, ready to defend the Queen’s honor. She looks shocked as the Turmoil crowd erupts again. She begins shaking her head and shouting "no".
Pugh: I mean look at you. You're shiny, you're precious, you're covered in leather and beautiful metal... look at the lines - look at the form, you're outstanding...
Pugh reaches his hand towards Madison, who winces as he gets closer. She closes her eyes as he moves in towards her. He carefully caresses his hand up against the Turmoil Title as Madison lets out a squeal. He looks at himself in the reflection as she opens her eyes. Pugh smiles as he notices her reaction.
Pugh: Bitch did you think I meant you? I said Precious and Beautiful not homely and plastic. You're like a young Betty White, while I appreciate you'd make a great mother to my children with your birthing hips and thick arm hair, I wouldn't touch you with this guys dic...
Cactus: Hey!
He points at Cactus and smiles.
Pugh: No Madison. I want that title belt... and if Dennis wants my scalp, he'll put it up at Devil's Night. OK? Good. I'd wait for your answer but I don't care. Turmoil, it's been real but I'm here pro bono publico... IE, I ain't gettin' a payday unless you buy one of this shirts in the lobby... So I'll see you at the merch stand MARKS.
His music starts up as he exits the ring, allowing the Watering Hole. Cactus looks at Madison for her reaction but there was none. Madison just stared as Pugh leaves the ring. A yell loud enough to break glass echoed through the arena.
Madison: WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! HOW DARE YOU TOUCH PERFECTION?! MY FACE!
Pugh continues walking up the stage, never looking back at the screaming banshee.
Madison: You're a dead man! You hear me? A dead man! A concussion will be the least of your worries.
Pugh raised his left fist, before giving the Queen the middle finger as he walked. She gasped.
Madison: We accept! You and Dennis Black, Devil's Night for one of the only titles that matters in this god forsaken company!. I will make sure you get carried out of the arena in a body bag! You hear me? A BODY BAG!
Pugh raises his left fist before giving her a double serving of disrespect, two middle fingers for her trouble. The camera zooms in on Madison glaring up the ramp.
The camera pans to the announce team.

No Madison, what have you done? |
 |
Dennis Black vs Paul Pugh at Devils night... While I like it, what is to become of Turmoil if Pugh wins? |
 |
He will do what every other Riot person has tried to do. Destroy us! |
 |
The ratings war is on at the moment Randy. Turmoil was the most watched show last week. Can lightning strike twice? |
 |
Not if Paul Pugh has anything to say about it. |
 |
I wonder what the new GM of Turmoil... Ronald Regan thinks about all of this? Even the duo champion Dennis? |
 |
He needs to take action and Dennis needs to put his lady in check, even if that includes losing his virginity. |
 |
Anyway, that about wraps up Turmoil 144. Only two Turmoils left for this year. |
 |
So much more to come. I can't wait for next week. |
 |
Until then, we will be seeing you. |
