It's going to be off the chain Randy. |
 |
I know and it's soon going to come around. |
#Austin Lee is standing by with Stacy Clark a hood pulled over his head, as he keeps his head tilted down not looking out at the camera. #Austins arms crossed in front of him looking uninterested in the camera being on him for once as Stacy looks on with a confused look from #Austins actions…
Stacy Clark: 2016 was not the best year for Austin….
Stacy pauses as she realizes she messed up #Austin name but #Austin keeps his head down and doesn’t interrupt her.
Stacy Clark: You seem to have struggle to find your footing at the start of last year and every time you seemed to take one step forward yet you would always seem to take two steps back. Rather it be from leaving to head to Hollywood or The loss of your best friend and Tag team partner Sid Harrison as he was first injured at the hands of Jackson Montgomery then a few weeks ago you lose him to injury yet again as the Influence were starting to find their place in the tag team division. Leaving you to fight for yourself and not rely on Sid for help.
#Austin Lee keeps his head tilted down as he reaches his hand up rubbing the back of his head as he stands silent letting Stacy continue.
Stacy Clark: Unfortunately the end of the year would not fair well for you also after even tho you were able to pick up a win over your rival Jackson Montgomery only after he was disqualified for using a baseball bat, which many people feel like you deserved after what you said about his family.
Stack Clark: With all of that being said what….
#Austin Lee: Yea what a way to end the year and celebrate Christmas and the new year with staples in your head and stitches along your forehead….
#Austin Lee slowly raises his head up looking at the camera revealing a protective mask covering his face after the brutal attack that took place on Devil's Night.
#Austin Lee: It has a way of opening your eyes about things, maybe everything you have been doing wasn’t having the influence you thought it would. Maybe instead of trying to influence others… you yourself needs to be influenced by the ones around you for the better.
#Austin Lee: Now it could be I am still heavily medicated or still drunk from celebrating the new year or just still fuzzy from the beating I took at Devils night…. But I want to start 2017 off on a better note, I don’t want to continue on with my same mistakes from 2016…
#Austin Lee: So tonight Jackson…. No tricks, no sneak attacks and no baseball bats…. Meet me face to face in that ring and let me make things right between us…. I know there is nothing in the world I can do to make up for what I said about your family…. But I can at least look you in your eyes… shake your hand and we squash this for the better….
#Austin Lee: The ball is in your court Jackson….
#Austin Lee nods to Stacy thanking her for her time as he walks off as the camera fades to black.

I wouldn't do that if I were you Austin. |

Jackson still has a match as Rev Inc take on TKF shortly. |
The camera pans backstage to the Turmoil general manager's office.
It's not Regan that is in the office though, it's his daughter Alex who looks like she is getting ready for ladies night this weekend.
A punching bag is attached to the ceiling as Alex is practicing her Thai boxing. This involves the use of your legs. Alex has trained over the years with people such as the hall of famer Vega, Bosair aka the Air and her ex husband Leon.
Alex looks ready as she has a look of determination on her face.
The office door suddenly opens as walking in, is none other than Alex's dad, the Turmoil general manager... Ronald Regan!
Regan: "What are you doing?"
Alex: "I am just getting ready for this weekend."
Regan: "Come on Alex, you know you're not a wrestler."
Alex: "Daddy I have been training for years. I can wrestle. Last year it wasn't just sweet innocent Sophia that brought back the women's division you know?"
Regan: "You may know some moves but you don't honestly believe you can hang with the rest of these women do you? I mean Bertha, look what she did to you and Madison at Devils Night?"
Alex: "I was about to beat Madison before she came out and cost me that match."
Regan: "I can't stop you if this is what you want but your place isn't in the ring. It's with me running this show."
Alex: "We all know how that has turned out over the years daddy."
Regan: "This is a new year, a year without that scumbag Leon. You..."
Alex interrupts her dad.
Alex: "Dad, I know you're trying to help me but my place is in that ring with the likes of Sophia, Bertha and legends such as Casey Paine. At ladies night... I am going to show you and everyone else that I can do this. That I am more than a woman in a business suit."
Alex leaves the office.
Regan: "I hope you're right."

Alex, listen to DADDY! You are no SOPHIA! |
 |
Ladies night is this weekend? I better get the tissues ready. |
 |
...And you say I am bad? Looks like Rev Inc vs TKF are in action next. |
 |
I am being told over the headset, this next match is for a number one contenders match for the tag team championships at the Clash! |

They are going to the Clash. |
 |
I hope they are ready for the tag team champions. |
The cameras open up backstage in the medical office where Sophia is being seen by the OCW talent doctor. He holds an x-ray image in his hands and seems to be going over the results.
Doctor: Sophia, you seem to be healing quite nicely… However there seems to be a lot of bruising still, here and here. If you keep putting on matches like you did at Devils Night, I wouldn't be surprised if you needed hip replacements by the time you're 30!
Sophia: So basically, you're saying, I'm all set?
Doctor: What I'm saying is, I’d highly advise you not to participate in the Ladies Night tourney this weekend. You need to give your body time to heal, it's just not quite there yet.
Sophia: Oh, ha… I'm going to Ladies night for sure. I've endured a lot more, including brain busters on exposed turnbuckles and I've still come out alright!
Doctor whispers under his breath: That's what I'm worried about…
Sophia pats the Doctor on the shoulder.
Sophia: Sorry doc, but I just can't take no for an answer this time. There's just no backing down in this, it's too important for me.
Sophia hops off the gurney and holds her pained side.
Sophia: I'm ready for this…I'm not letting some stupid bruising hold me down. But thanks anyways.
Scene ends.

Why do good people like Sophia get injured Tom? |
 |
She will be ok Randy. She said nothing will stop her from being at ladies night. |
The camera pans to the titantron where we take a look back at what happened after the Cactus vs Seb Abbot match.
As Cactus exits the stage, he steps into the back of the arena on a search for B17.
Cactus yelling: Where the hell is he? Where did he go?
Cactus begins to search through the halls, kicking open doors and looking around corners.
Cactus yelling: B17, come out! You come out there and mess with me during my match tonight, come out now. Come mess with me now you punk!
Scene fades with Cactus continuing his search for B17.
The episode of Turmoil is going on and going well from the reactions of the crowd, backstage we see what would be termed as a grizzled older man watching the show on a little stage-hand monitor. A hand on his chin, and the other crooks his elbow as he nods, before turning away, snorting in disgust. His mouth churns a few times before he spits, a foul, black substance gloops onto the floor, to those in the know they'd instantly recognize it as chewing tobacco. He casts another look towards the monitor then groans, not liking what he's seeing.
When he speaks, it is with a strong Southern accent.
Jeremiah Tully: "These kids with their gosh darned hippity hoppity jumpin' Jack Rabbit gymnastics just don't understand this business. Bet they ain't ever put up no ring, wrestled, packed it up then get told they had to pay twenty bucks for the privilege. Now it's all about the flips, the kicks and social media. Gettin' on their smart phones and chirpin' at each other, chirpin' at promoters to try and get a gig."
He shakes his head.
Jeremiah Tully: "Then they whine and cry to their mommies when they get a stinger, well I'll tell you what, my daddy, my daddy fought in the war just to be told he couldn't get no job. Then there's all these walnuts that missed the memo, the world don't owe you jack. That's why it's time to start sayin' no to you people and say yes to the Villain, Jeremiah Tully."
Jeremiah snorts again, this time spitting directly into the camera, darkening it with his tobacco grog.
Jeremiah Tully: "You want to bill me for that? I've already paid my dues, cheques in the mail kiddo, see y'all soon."
The camera pans back to Randy and Tom sitting at ringside.
