As usual, Stacy Clark was determined to speak with B17. As expected, B17 didn’t want to talk to Clark. This created a comical situation. Clark would go one way; Bingo would quickly lose her, she would find him, and he would speed up. However, she didn’t need to pursue much further.
Just as Bingo turned the corner into catering, one of the most savage and deadly places in all of OCW, Nate Ortiz also rounded the corner. As they bumped, they both turned their heads and glared.
Clark, being a professional, recognized that this was a good time not to talk but just watch.
Ortiz: I heard you handled Quartz earlier; that's impressive. It’s hard to tell sometimes if you're just acting like a jabroni. It’s nice to see you be serious.
B17 forces a smile onto his face.
B17: OCW can drive you insane if you let it. I wouldn’t want to let this place turn me into a mindless zombie or anything.
Ortiz forces a smile onto his face.
Ortiz: Cute… If we’re being honest there are plenty of guys running around this place as brainless as a zombie.
Ortiz: But that’s OCW for you. It’s all fun and games until its not. Now that you’re done playing those games maybe its time we do some business…
B17 pats his CCW Championship draped over his shoulder. Nate does the same to his International Championship.
B17: I think I know where this is headed, Nate. And It sounds like some exciting times. B17 vs. Nate Ortiz could highlight a significant show. It could break records. B Community members from across the globe would flock in droves just to watch the staredown!
Nate looks mildly concerned with Bingo’s rapid breathing, but the words seem to resonate.
Nate: This one is long overdue. We can make this happen.
