It's a Match!

The cameras pick up in the infamous Clocktower restaurant that Dennis Dillinger and El Primero frequently go to. As the cameras make their way into the establishment we see Dennis Dillinger, surrounded by a team of waiters and waitresses bringing him food, drink, and clearing the table of various dishes.

Dennis chuckling is stuffing dollar bills into the crews' pockets as they take his dishes. As a few moments pass by the door to the restaurant opens up, and in comes walking El Parca, wearing ripped black skinny jeans, and an all-black pullover hoodie.

Dennis’ eyes open up wide as he’s shocked to see Primero here. Parca makes his way to the table that is still surrounded by the waiters and waitresses.

Parca pulls a chair out and sits down slumped back manspreading as he looks at all the servers around him.

Parca
: All of you, go away. But one of you make yourself useful and bring me back a bourbon on the rocks.

Dennis looking floored is silently eating the steak that was just brought out to him as he is looking down at his plate. Parca, staring at his manager, doesn't budge a bit even when a server brings back his drink.

He picks up his drink without looking and takes a sip followed up with a dramatic sigh after his sip. Dennis, knowing he can’t stare at the plate forever, looks up to Parca to greet him.

Dennis
: Primero! How the hell are ya feelin’? I tell ya’ what… I didn’t expect to see you here.. Or anywhere else for that matter. Haha

Parca keeps staring at Dennis as he takes sips from his drink occasionally. Dennis, not really knowing how to read his client, tries to continue seeing if he can draw Parca into a conversation after some nervous laughter.

Dennis
: Haha! Since you’re here, I am glad we can sit down and talk about some things. So uh… Garcia again. I don’t remember getting a call or a text about your return… though it was impactful for certain! So… How are things?

Parca finishes his drink as he looks at Dennis once again and turns his attention back to his glass that is now empty.

Spinning the glass around observing the large ice cube in the glass Parca remains silent. Dennis looks to be growing even more uncomfortable but annoyed at the same time.

Dennis
: Is there something I did, or didn’t do here, Primero? I had your back in those negotiations and I told that stupid doctor to shove it where-

Parca leans back in his chair and puts his hands into his hoodie pocket as he keeps looking at Dennis.

One of the wait staff comes back to clear some plates off of the table as Parca grabs their wrist and turns to them.

Parca
: Don’t come back to this table unless you’re instructed to by me got it?
The waiter gulps down as he begins shaking, Parca releases his grip on his wrist as he shoos him off.

Parca
: Now please, fuck off will you?

Parca turns his attention back to Dennis this time and begins chuckling maniacally.

Parca
: Where do I even begin with you? Didn’t expect to see me so soon eh Denny boy? What were you expecting somebody else? Got a new meal ticket already lined up cause ole Primero is a bit banged up? Is that the case Dennis?

Dennis is taken aback and is perplexed by the accusations Parca has just laid on him. Mouth wide open Dennis has to shake his head and reel himself back into reality after the comments Prca made.

Dennis
: Me? You saw my name on those flight tickets! You saw my name checking in with you daily before you told me to give you time to recover. I’m a one Primero kinda guy. DDE relies on the power of Primero. We have other investments, I’m a businessman, but-

Parca: Oh yes Dennis, you tied yourself to Jett Draven, a guy who was a lead part of why my knee is the way that it is now. Now, where is he again?

Parca: Oh right, the guy I made my bitch made him HIS bitch. Then, let’s not even get started on Dane, shall we? We all know exactly what the hell happened there.

Parca: I’ve seen some things, Dennis, been lurking around on social media and hearing whispers. Whispers of how you’re this bad man who has me mind washed, and that all I am to you is a big fat payday.

Parca: So I started thinking to myself, why would he do that? But then it all started to make sense to me. Look at all I’VE done, of course, he’d wanna be attached to that!

Dennis folds up his napkin and throws it down on the table.

Dennis:
Okay Primero… You are clearly upset and are taking it out on me, the one guy who has dedicated the last 18 months of his professional career to.

Dennis: You think I give a shit about social media? You understand what kind of basement dwellers live on those websites. Dennis Dillinger Enterprises doesn’t bat perfectly, but one thing I will not have questioned is my dedication to the crown jewel.

Dennis downs the rest of his water as his face has turned red.

Dennis:
You enjoy yourself and give me a call when you’re ready to calm down and talk to me like a professional. You know where to find me.

Dennis wipes the sweat from his brow and storms off.

MASKED ENDGAMES

C-NOTE vs. TELOS

The camera finds The Wrestling Club in the midst of their pre-match rituals. John, Marcus, and Aisu have crowded into the locker room, taping up, adjusting their gear, and otherwise preparing for another successful night at the office, with the notorious Spider watching over them.

John: Tonight we finally get to beat those f***ers up. Aries thought he can control our lives, I’m sick of that. Tonight we’re gonna end that fake academy and we will do it our way.

Aisu: Just how it was intended.

Marcus: We’re all going through our own individual things. But when it’s time to work together, TWC comes out on top. I appreciate all of you.

As the trio talk, however, the locker room opens, and a new, smiling face joins the fellowship—the Head B(estie) in Charge, Jasmin Kaffee!

Jasmin: Hiya, Marcus! Hey, guys!

Marcus: Gentlemen, I’d like to introduce The Wrestling Club’s new First Lady, Miss Jasmin Kaffee.

John: Why are you here? I don’t want a hug from you, what do you want?

Jasmin: Well, aren’t you such a gentleman as always, John… a certain Mister Marcus helped me out a lot last week, and I just found out I’m no longer welcome in the Boys’ Club. So, yeah, combine that with Ashley Moore, and I’m a little… out of it.

Jasmin: I was coming to see if Marcus was willing to… you know, back me up! Give me some coaching, I guess.

Marcus leans over to John and whispers something.

Marcus:
No knock against Marisa, John. No disrespect towards you, either, my friend... but Marisa doesn't wrestle like Miss Jasmin does. That’s why I said First Lady.

John: I’m not sure about all that. I mean, look at Marisa compared to her. No disrespect, but she’s soft. All she does is hug people. Marisa ,on the other hand, is actually willing to hurt people.

Marcus: Does she hurt you or you hurt her?

John: Unlike you, I like to be the one on top.

Marcus: Oh! It’s like that! That doesn’t even answer the question!

Jasmin stands there with her hands on her hips staring at John and Marcus going back and forth like men do.

Jasmin:
... what’s that supposed to mean?

John/Marcus: Nothing!

Marcus: I don’t mind teaching you some wrestling moves, Jasmin. Aisu is in the process of teaching me a few new tricks and it’s working out great. I don’t mind teaching you…

Marcus looks at John.

Marcus:
FUNDAMENTALS of course.

John Carter rolls his eyes and pushes Marcus away from him playfully. Jasmin rolls her eyes, but at least she’s smiling about it.

Jasmin: So I guess that means you’re coming out with me tonight? Trick question, answer’s yes. Also, the match is happening in like… about ten minutes? Save the date, hon!

Jasmin waves happily at Marcus, Aisu, Spider, even John, before leaving the locker room, a little skip in her step as she heads off.
