We cut backstage where we see FloJo standing in front of C-notes locker room.
FloJo: Note, you all right in there???
Jim Black approaches FloJo as they both assess the situation.
Jim: Hi Flo, everything alright?
FloJo: Yeah, he’s fine he’s just going through it right now. You see what happened.
FloJo: So proud of Alyssa for winning…with the help of Derek though.
FloJo reaches down to pull something out of a shopping bag. She pulls out a moderately sized congratulations banner with Alyssa's full name misspelled.
Jim: FloJo, what the hell is that…?
FloJo: I knew the day would come, so I played accordingly. I’m so proud. And Derek helped too.
FloJo then discards the banner and swifts to a different tone in her voice.
FloJo: Tch. Yeah, Alyssa use her brains a tagged her way out as soon as I have begun to turn the tables…Then that meat-head Derek had to show his masculinity to beat C-Note.
FloJo: Derek had to show the Parker what a real man is. I’m sure it’s hard for Alyssa to please Elliot since he’s too busy having an unwarranted God complex.
FloJo then opens the door to C-note sitting in a chair with his head down in a depressive state. FloJo then yells out…
FloJo: Hey, Note!
C-N: WaT
FloJo: Lighten up we’re going to Vegas, roll some dice, look at some bitches, and of course Wrestlution!
C-Note doesn't respond to her immediately.
He's mumbling something under his breath so low that FloJo can't make it out.
His voice raises for a moment, just enough to be heard.
C-N: I have to climb out of this…
His voice trails off again.
Suddenly his attention snaps over to FloJo.
C-N: This just isn't cutting it.
C-N: Something has to change before I lose complete control.
FloJo: ...
Before she can say anything C-Note suddenly gets up and rushes past her exiting the locker room in a hurry.
FloJo: Note?
La Mujera Obscura, Zoe Cohle, is alone backstage in a secluded area, the light blue and dark tones of the room give a chilling yet obscure vibe. She face the camera.
Zoe: Heather. You took it upon yourself last week to jump me in the ring, like a brainless doll, manipulated by her own emotions, blind from the truth, and yet you didn't miss your target.
Zoe: I also understand something: I have to get rid of you, Furiosa, once and for all, so Heather can live in peace and the Kasstianity manipulation ends.
Zoe: Whatever you wanna call yourself doesn't concern me, just like my brother brought from the shadows, I'll bring back the one I thought was a sister.. And if that means I have to abandon my plans for the Gold for now, then I'll do it.
Zoe: You want me so bad ? For the last time you will see the all truth. I am not the one playing games with your mind. And we are going to end this.
Zoe: At Wrestlution.
We are inside the Future Idiots locker room, which has been repurposed out of a janitor’s closet after John Carter’s antics got them kicked out of the general locker room.
Carter however, is nowhere to be seen inside the room as he is out preparing for his main event match leaving Jordan Trance vibing with a Game Boy Colour.
Jordan Trance: Man I’m really glad I got that Pikachu with surf.
Suddenly, one half of the tag team champions, Maxx Edwards, bursts through the door. He notices Jordan Trance but continues scanning the small room.
Jordan Trance: Dude! There could have been a dog behind that door, you gotta be more careful! We don’t want the doggo going splatto again. I’m still financially receiving from that.
Maxx stares at the low ceiling before commenting.
Maxx: I think I had a better chance of hitting a rat than a dog.
Maxx: Speaking of rats, where’s John?
Jordan: Does… Does this room have rats? We should probably leave if that’s the case… And why would they know where John is? But… I don’t know where he is, I guess he’s out thinkijg about tonight.
Maxx: I figure wherever John’s at, Colin’s probably right on his tail but I guess we’re both out of luck
Jordan: I’ve not seen much of him, have you not seen Colin either? Maybe they’re off somewhere together…
Maxx: Yeah, I can imagine as those two have been out playing their own little game of Ben and Larry.
Jordan: The cat and mouse? I’m pretty sure that’s Tom and Jerry.
Maxx: Same difference.
Maxx: Regardless, I’m over here preparing for a goddamn war last week without my so called “Partner”
Jordan: Now that you mention it, John didn’t help me out either… You don’t think our partners are cheating on us do you?
Maxx gives a small chuckle.
Maxx: Well if they are, I’m jealous.
Jordan: I didn’t realize you had a thing for John… Maybe we should go confront them about it?
Maxx nods his head before looking around.
Maxx: Look, if we do, we gotta choose our time wisely. I’m sure you don’t want to annoy John before his big match.
Jordan: Yeah, he gets a bit weird when he’s annoyed. He just starts making up fake facts and stuff, like how milk is cow semen… He’s a pretty weird dude in reality…
The two share a smile as Maxx offers Jordan a hand which Jordan uses to get up as Maxx leaves the janitors’ closet with Jordan following close behind, Gameboy in hand.
Shianne Lovelace sits alone in catering, holding a melted ice pack in her hands as her eyes scan the table of foodstuffs in front of her.
Shianne: I guess the bossman really did fire the bratwurst guy. We’ve only got sandwiches now.
???: You’d probably put the brat into bratwurst, wouldn’t you sweetie pie?
Shianne turns around to confront the individual speaking to her only to find herself face to face with one Sue Plex. Immediately her expression sours, but she doesn’t yield.
Sue:Dang, it must be Christmas in June for you not to open that septic tank you call a mouth. Ain’t I just lucky… See Shianne, I thought I got it… I thought all you were doing was tryin’ to run with the cool kids… Tryin’ to feel safe, maybe a little important. Y’know?
Sue sucks her teeth before continuing.
Sue: Last week though, that stopped me thinkin’ and got me realisin’… What I’m looking to say, Shianne… Is how dare you come into my wife and I’s home, how dare you assault my wife in our home, how DARE you make us feel unsafe in our home… And for what? So you can prance back home to your buddies and feel adequate at the expense of another person.
Sue continues.
Sue: No Shianne, this is not your time to talk. I see that look in your eye, some would call it spunk but right now I don’t know what I’d call it, other than to say it’s pissin’ me off. You don’t want to do that Shianne. What you want to do is keep yourself away from me and my family… Else… I will…
Sue lowers her voice.
Sue:fucking
Sue smiles and her volume returns to normal.
Sue: Hurt you. Do I make myself clear? You can just nod or something, maybe plug that sewer drain of yours with a sandwhich for all I care.
Shianne does turn and reach for a sandwich from the table, taking a bite. She doesn’t even finish eating before she begins to speak.
Shianne: Thash real fummy of you, Plex.
She swallows the bite of her sandwich and clears her throat.
Shianne: You’re pretty clear, but I don’t remember giving a damn, girl. I think you should be worried about what I could do to you. Also, juuust for the record, I’ve never even seen the inside of your house. Don’t get it twisted, I’m a real law abiding citizen.
Sue: I always worry about what people could do to me, Shianne, but I know that’s hard for someone with the self awareness of a cabbage to understand.
Shianne: I don’t know why you’re talking about cabbage all of a sudden.
A disappointed look paints Sue’s face.
Sue: I’m calling you stupid, Shianne. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll be seein’ you around sweetheart.
Sue turns and walks away, leaving Shianne standing there with her ice pack, sandwich, and an annoyed look on her face. She then begins to grumble to herself.
Shianne: So what if I didn’t graduate? I’m an investment for the future, that’s more than she can say. Bum lesbo farm girl. She should cut down on the sandwiches… I could run laps around her with ease. Take that head right off her shoulders… in fact, I hope she’s in that investment whatever fight at Wrestlewhatever-it’s-called, I’ll break her big bones on stuff out there and make her regret ever getting in the way.
Shianne takes another angry bite of her sandwich, then suddenly gags as she spits the food into a nearby garbage can. She gags again as she throws the whole sandwich into the can.
Shianne: F**ks sake, there’s tomato in these!
The camera fades into the next segment.
ICEMAN MAC vs. K.C. BARRETT
For once, we don’t open on the ring of Turmoil, of Riot or Ambition, but the dark empty ring of the Scumchester Academy, In the somewhat heart of the okay state of Michigan, It doesn’t remain dark for long as light suddenly cracks through from an opened door, followed quickly by the lights, but it’s not the owner, It’s not the trainers or the students, but an honored guest, Bingo.
Bingo: Wrex! You wanted to talk? Here I am!
Only his own echo speaks back, it seems almost abandoned..
Bingo: Cut the theatrics, we've done this before!
Footsteps can eventually be heard, but It’s not the CCW champion, or any known member of the academy, It’s.. some trainee.
Trainee: Oh my god.. It’s really you!? He said you’d be coming by! Huge fan Mr. Seventeen!
Bingo looks the trainee over closely and punches him square in the face: Nice try, Wrex.
Bingo grabs the "student" by the scalp and yanks.
"Trainee": OWWWWW!
Bingo: Mask is on pretty tight! You Perca! No, no, no. I bet you're Aisu! Ichu? OhCool? Oh, chew on this!
Bingo slaps the poor student upside the head.
Trainee: He's not here! Ow! Damnit!
Bingo: Why did you say that name!?
Trainee: I didn't say any name!
Bingo raises his hand again.
Trainee: Wait.. he told me to.. Do somethi- Oh! The TV!
Bingo lifts the man up: Bring me the Vaporwave World.
The young man shoots off from the room, leaving confusion in his wake, before the sounds of wheel’s could be heard, the wheeling of a television on some old looking push rack, stopping to fiddle with the remote, it springs to life, revealing Wrex sitting on a couch, staring down to his phone, he looks up a few moments after, safe to say, he’s been watching from the camera’s.
Wrex: Finally decided to show up?
Bingo: Oh McFudge me.
Wrex: C’mon Bingo, don't be surprised about this one, we both know I wasn’t going to.. I said I’d do what I had to, to get that match.. Now you’ve forced my hand.
Bingo: You ain't getting anything. We're going to go out to a nice dinner and we're going to figure out who you are fighting. I wasn't lying to you. This is over.
Wrex: Might of not remembered consequences, but do you remember June second? Twenty nineteen? The year you challenged for the OCW championship, the year of the first Scum city deathmatch..
Bingo rolls his eyes: And what does this have to do with anything?
Wrex: Everything, Bingo.. Do you remember what I did to get that match out of Austin, he didn’t want to fight either after all.
Bingo: You've got nothing, Wrex. Nothing. I'm not Austin Lee straining for a final grasp of glory. I'm a happy man with a happy wife, happy life, and a beautiful daughter.
Wrex: Don't forget a beautiful cabin.
B17: What?
Wrex: What, did you not hear me? A beautiful cabin, great view, open door policy.
He reaches before him, just off screen for something, lifting it up just enough for the outline to be seen, a red can.
