The camera pans back to the world’s safest theme park, Hootsney World. Ryu “Spider” Matsumoto is seen entering a restricted area reserved for personnel only.
He’s constantly checking his rear view making sure Cyber Sensation isn't lurking. Spider dips behind a large sign that reads “Hooty Rising Racers: Bumper Car Battle Royale”, COMING SOON.
Mugen, Tiberius Dupree, Drago Cesar and Bubba are seen talking with one of the lead engineers Rufus Ruckingston The Third when Spider approaches.
The group exchange words, obviously arguing about something related to the ride. Spider then storms away and begins pressing buttons on a nearby console before hopping in a racer.
Before anyone could react, Spider has activated the artificial intelligence on all the racers except for a single car. He then quickly slides into the racer removing the automatic seat belt.
Rufus: STOP WAIT, IT’S NOT READY, WHAT ARE U DOIN!!!!!
Spider waves him off in typical trash fashion.
RYU: It’s fine.
Spider rams his bumper car into one of the AI controlled racers. Everything does in fact seem to be fine…. until it’s not. Spider attempts to bump another racer, but the racer unrealistically dodges the bump.
This sends Spider’s racer off the allotted track and onto the nearby pathway. Spider struggles to gain control but fails and the racer darts off into the main park.
Mugen: Hurry after him!
Drago: To the Hoot Mobile!
He points to a nearby Hootsney World golf cart, which isn’t anything special. They all rush for the vehicle, Drago jumps behind the wheel, Bubba sits shotgun with Dupree and Mugen standing in the back.
The golf cart moves unrealistically fast for the amount of passengers. They catch up to Spider relatively quickly but not enough to derail his racer. The high speed chase brings them past nearly every ride and attraction in the park, nearly killing a dozen or so visitors.
Finally the Hoot Mobile catches up with the out of control racer as they traverse side by side. But before Dupree can grab a hold of Spider, they both go up the slide at Hoot Hill and come crashing down into the front gate. Everyone stumbles from the vehicles safely but disoriented.
At the broken front gate stands a Sensation impersonator, who is attempting to get his FAMILY into the park, likely illegally. The names on their obviously fake Flash Pass Plus read: Brittney Sensation Ortiz and Dave Ortiz.
Sensation Impersonator: These stupid muthafuggas!
