OCW cameras are inside of a local hospital. The cameras view the hallway where isolated beds are out of a few rooms. As the cameras scroll through, it turns to a room; where a doctor stands. He holds a clipboard with his chart results, standing in front of a bed of his patient; whom happens to be The Mad Hatter, JynX.
Dr.: Well Mr. JynX, it seems as if this food poisoning you've been diagnosed with has caused some damage to your lungs. I'm still trying to figure out how that's possible.
JynX on the bed grimacing at the pain in his stomach. He tosses and turns every way, but the pain persists. Beside his bed is a trash can; JynX coughs hard and spits in the trash can. Blood is thickened inside his saliva in the trash can. The doctor witnesses, and looks inside of the trash can.
Dr.: Whew boy, that's not good. .
JynX hollers in agony while holding his stomach.
JynX: What is going on!?!?
The doctor steps back after JynX speaks as his voice seems altered. With a worried look the doctor closes the nearby curtains to seal everyone around the hospital off.
Dr.: I can't begin to tell you what the issue is, but your voice changed asking that question. What are you, are you even human?!?
JynX screams in excruciating pain, then suddenly the lights in the hospital go out. The doctor startles as JynX continues to holler.
As lights are brought back on, the doctor scrambles to grab his clipboard he dropped and gathers all his paperwork attached to the clipboard. He stands back up and sees JynX standing up looking at him; grinning ear to ear.
After a few short moments, the nervous doctor stares at a standing smiling JynX. The doctor looks at his clipboard, then looks back at JynX
Dr.: I don't know If I should be scared, or happy that you're smiling… How do you feel…?
As JynX speaks, his voice seems “autotuned” when using emphasis
JynX: I've never felt better..
JynX begins laughing hysterically as the doctor still stands worried.
Dr.: O.k. .
The doctor notices JynX's stomach seems bigger. JynX walks past the doctor who starts to shiver.
JynX: *autotuned* Don't be afraid, doc, your services are appreciated with much gratitude..
Suddenly, the lights go out for a short time. As they come back on, JynX is nowhere to be spotted, leaving the doctor confused looking on and around.
A logo appears on screen bearing OCW’s brave blonde interviewer, Stacy Clark, welcoming us into another edition of “The Clark Effect”.
The logo fades revealing a dimly lit room with Stacy Clark sitting on a suede red couch shuffling her cue cards before addressing the camera.
Stacy Clark: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another edition of “The Clark Effect”. Tonight, I am joined by my special guest, Luis Bishop.
The camera transitions to a wider shot in which we see the upstart adorned in his newly signature “CHECKM8” clothing line.
SC: Luis, next week you are set to face both Mad Dawg Davis and Samsin Simsin in a triple threat, what are you’re thoughts on the match?
Bishop: You know, I am always excited to get back out there especially with one of those guys who I am very familiar with-
SC: -that being Samsin Simsin?
Bishop: Yeah, obviously I’ve trained with him in the past but the last time I was in the ring with him I was actually going up against him as he was with DNS…so it’s funny to see how things turn out.
SC: That’s true, but a couple of weeks ago we did see Samsin come up to you backstage and ask for a hand in his fight against DNS but you didn’t exactly give him a straight answer. Any update on that?
Bishop: Well, unfortunately I just don’t have a reason to fight DNS unless I have match against them,
Bishop turns to the camera.
Bishop: Like I do next Friday on Turmoil, LIVE from the Barclays Center.
Stacy Clark fights to hold back a laugh and tries to keep this train on its rails.
SC: Last week, we saw Samsin get attacked before his match by two new members of DNS. And despite being asked, you weren’t there. Do you feel any guilt?
The camera switches to Luis who is clearly not paying attention but clearly staring at somebody off camera.
Bishop: Already? Really?
Bishop: Well unfortunately Stacy, I’m out of time but I do appreciate this opportunity so I will leave you with this...
Bishop: Where was his tag team partner?
Bishop shakes Stacy’s hand and quickly dashes off camera leaving Stacy with a confused stare as she sends it back to ringside.
POWERFUL MARISA vs. JUNKO JIIROTA
We join Jordan Trance in the medical room, receiving treatment after his sudden loss to Bolek. The doctor is paying particular attention to the wound on his forehead, giving him stitches after cleaning it. Footsteps ring out on the floor as someone walks in.
B17: Well… Well… Well… What happened out here Boy Wonder?
Jordan scowls.
Jordan: I’m done here, you can go.
The doctor looks a little confused but reads the expression on Jordan’s face and quickly departs.
Jordan: What happened? Well I’m sure you were watching… Making your little notes for that dossier of yours.
B17: Oh I saw you lose…
Jordan: Not just that… I made an executive decision, I’m bleeding, my head hurts, I get booted in the head.
B17 folds his arms and sighs.
Jordan: Oh… You see where I’m going here huh?
B17: So you’re not dumb and mean… You’re just mean.
Jordan: Why would I kick out and risk getting volleyed in the skull eh? Why get injured? Why give you and advantage?
Bingo sighs.
B17: You’re telling me you wanted to lose?
Jordan snorts.
Jordan: No, I wanted to win, but not all matches are created equal.
Jordan stands up from the medical table.
Jordan: It’s you, you’re the one that matters. I don’t care who I lose, who I beat, just as long as I beat you for the title. Now if you excuse me… I’ve got a date with a box of chocolates.
Jordan storms past, B17 watches him go, shaking his head as we go back to the action.
